Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Return an Item
1. Email us at artethos5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and a return authorization number.
3. Ship the item back to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item (in that case we will provide a prepaid return label).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or fully refund the item at no cost to you.

European Union Customers
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements above.
